Vladimir Alekseev brings over 17 years of professional experience in real estate to Deutsche Investment and is a qualified real estate economist (VWA).  Most recently, he was responsible for a volume of EUR 830 million AuM as an asset manager at ZBI Fondsmanagement AG, in addition to his role as team leader for “Asset Management Special AIF.” He joined the Deutsche Investment team in 2023, initially as Principal Asset Management and, since 2025, as Head of Commercial Asset Management.
