Dr. Pamela Hoerr has been a member of the Management Board of Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG since January 2024, where she is responsible for Real Estate Investment Solutions. Since January 1, 2026, she has also been Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Investment Kapitalverwaltung AG.
Previously, Dr. Hoerr was a member of the Management Board of Real I.S. AG (KVG), where she was responsible for fund and asset management, and held management positions at PATRIZIA Real Estate Investment Management in Luxembourg and Germany. Other career milestones include positions at Arminius Kapitalgesellschaft, Hudson Advisors, and Ernst & Young Real Estate in the areas of real estate consulting and corporate finance.
