Holger Kapitza is an experienced expert in real estate and finance with over 20 years of professional experience in the capital market. Since 2026, following the successful closing with pbb invest, he has been working at Deutsche Investment Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft (KVG), where he heads the Institutional Investors division.
Previously, he was responsible for developing sales of real estate equity and real estate debt products at pbb invest. Before that, he worked for a family office, where he was responsible for setting up the investor relations team and placing a real estate private debt fund with a volume of EUR 150 million.
His professional career within the UniCredit Group has been marked by a wide range of positions in sales, corporate and investment banking, and risk and portfolio management. Most recently, as Director of Sales at Wealthcap / UniCredit, he advised institutional clients on commercial real estate investments.
