Cigdem Yildirim Klippert, an architect, has served as Director of Project Development and Authorized Officer since 2017, overseeing Deutsche Investment’s role as project owner for all infill and new construction projects. She manages the holistic project development process from planning through permitting to implementation and strategically leverages development potential to optimize value sustainably.
With over 30 years of experience, she has long worked on behalf of institutional investors both domestically and abroad and is a proven expert in strategic project development for real estate portfolios. Her focus is on value-enhancing infill and new-construction projects that have already received sustainability certifications and ensure long-term value and performance optimization. Previously, she completed numerous projects for institutional and private investors as well as public clients.
