Andrea Köcher has more than 20 years of experience in real estate valuation. In addition to her expertise in the valuation of open-ended and closed-ended real estate funds, she has extensive experience in market and mortgage lending value assessments for all asset classes as well as portfolio valuation. Most recently, as team leader at ZBI Fondsmanagement AG, she was responsible for purchase and sale valuations and supported the team in the area of recurring regular valuations.
