Andrea Heine is a graduate in business administration and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with over 20 years of experience in regulated banking and finance, including 18 years in fund servicing. She is a member of the management board of pbb invest GmbH and played a key role in the organic growth of the company. She also led the project activities related to the M&A transaction of the Deutsche Investment Group and has been a member of the management board of DIR Deutsche Investment Retail GmbH since January 2026.

Previously, Andrea Heine held various management positions at State Street, including Head of Strategy & Corporate Development, where she was responsible for the strategic development of an ECB-regulated EU bank, and Chief Administrative Officer EMEA, where she developed the strategic agenda for the EMEA region. In addition, she gained extensive experience in project management roles at State Street and National Australia Bank, particularly in the areas of restructuring, M&A/post-merger integration, process optimization, and digitalization.
