Change of Managing Director at Deutsche Investment KVG

Hamburg, May 2, 2019 - Eitel Coridaß, FRICS (50) is the new Managing Director of Deutsche Investment Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft, responsible for business and product development, sales and investment management as of May 1, 2019. Florian Mundt, Founding Partner of Deutsche Investment, has resigned from his position as Managing Director to pursue new professional challenges. In the future, the company will be managed by Eitel Coridaß (business and product development, sales and investment management), Michael Krzyzanek (portfolio management) and Michael Sehm (risk management).

Eitel Coridaß has more than 25 years of experience in the field of institutional real estate investments and has proven expertise in supporting German and international investors. Since 2007 he has held various management positions for HIH Group, advising and supporting institutional investors in their investments in the European real estate markets: Since 2016 he has been managing director of HIH Institutional Advisory GmbH, before that he was managing director and CIO of Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH for more than nine years and since its foundation until 2011 also managing director of IntReal Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. He previously held management positions at the DWS Group and Basler Versicherungs-Gesellschaft. As Managing Director of Business and Product Development, Sales and Investment Management at Deutsche Investment KVG, he is now responsible for business development, investor acquisition and support, marketing and PR as well as transaction management.  

Florian Mundt will leave the company as Managing Director on 30 April 2019. He co-founded the capital management company in 2010 and over the following years built up the investor base and managed real estate assets (AuM) of around EUR 1.4 billion in a responsible manner.
